Grenamat AL »

 
 

Grenamat AL is a non-combustible board made from  expanded vermiculite and inorganic binders. It contains no mineral or glass fibres or asbestos.

It is both ecological and resistant to temperatures up to 1200 0C. The boards feature good acoustic and thermal insulation properties.

Reaction to fire of the board itself without finish according to EN 13501-1: A1, non - combustible.

Grenamat AL non-combustible board is used for the protection of structural constructions against fire: fire-resistant partitions, panelled walls, protection of steel constructions, protection of air-condition pipeline, wall lining on escape routes, fire-resistant lining of elevator shafts and service ducts, and increasing the fire resistance of existing constructions..
For special constructions: internal filling of steel fire-resistant stopping, internal filling of the safe and vault walls.

 
 

Grenamat B »

 
 

Grenamat B is a board  made from expanded vermiculite, wooden substance and organic binders. The fire combustibility class of the board is B, and the boards are used to protect some types of the building structures against fire, for walls, filling or casing of fire doors, acoustic panels, furniture, floor and acoustic panels, furniture, floor panels.

Reaction to fire according to EN 13 501-1, class B - s1,d0, classification for floors Bfl - s1.

 
 

Grenamat C »

 
 

Grenamat C is a board made from expanded vermiculite, wooden substance and organic binders. Due to its mechanical properties, this board resembles  chipboard. Despite the higher content of wood mass,the high fire resistance of this board is maintained.

Reaction to fire according to EN 13 501-1, class C s2, d0, classification for floors Cfl - s1.

Grenamat C is mainly used for wooden fire-resistant door EI 30, 45 min, doorframes for fire-resistant doors, replicas and reconstructions of historical door wings with fire resistance requirement.

 
 

Grenaboard »

 
 

Grenaboard is a very light and strong non-combustible board produced from vermiculite and inorganic binder. This board is surfaced on both sides with paper and all four edges pressed for easy connection.

Reaction to fire of the board itself without finish according to EN 13501-1: A1, non - combustible.

Grenaboard is certified to increase fire resistance of different types of ceiling structures up to 180 min. For example: Ceilings

Grenamat AS »

 
 

Grenamat AS is a fire-resistant board made from expanded vermiculite and special inorganic binder that provide a high degree of heat resistance to temperatures up to 1300°C and heat shocks. The boards do not represent any health hazards and are exclusive of any asbestos, glass or mineral fibres.
They are resistant to CO and CH4 in the atmosphere, and to liquid aluminium, crylolites and fluorides.

Reaction on fire acc. to  EN 13501.1, DIN 4102 = A1, non - combustible.

They feature sufficient rigidity and mechanical stability, high temperature and high electrical resistance and low heat conductivity.They are used as insulation of the inner paneling board in stoves, wood burning stoves and fireplaces, or in industry as an insulating paneling of blast furnaces, etc

 
 

Grenaisol »

 
 

Grenaisol insulation and structural boards are made of exfoliated vermiculite and a special inorganic binder, providing a high resistance to thermal shock and high insulation. They are harmless to one's health and free of any asbestos, glass or mineral fibres. They have sufficient strength and mechanical stability.
Grenaisol boards are very stable and do not release any vapours even at high temperatures.  

Reaction on fire acc. to EN 13501.1, DIN 4102 = A1, non - combustible.

Grenaisol boards can be used not only as a healthy material for easy construction of your fireplace shell or insulation chambers of a tiled stove but at the same time, they help to ensure sufficient insulation, and all-in one step!!

 
 

NEW Grenatherm »

 
 

Radiant boards Grenatherm are made from expanded vermiculite and a special inorganic binder which ensure high resistance against thermal shocks and at the same time the required radiant property.  The boards are 100 % wholesome. They do not contain any asbestous, glass or mineral fibres. They are sufficiently strong and mechanically stable.  The properties of Grenatherm boards do not change, they do not deteriorate with aging not even when exposed to high temperatures. They never release fumes due to the high temperatures or during firing.

The radiant effect is reached by a higher volumetric mass density 750 kg/m3 and the special composition of the inorganic binder which accelerates heat transmission through the material. The higher volumetric mass density also brings better mechanic strenght. The board is very compact and the exact board formats speed up fireplace construction. The properties of Grenatherm 750 are transmission of wholesome radiation heat, high strenght and easy treatment by standard manual wood-working tools. The Grenatherm board allows you to construct a reliable and radiant fireplace mantel easily and economically within one day which was not possible until recently.

 
 

New Grenalight »

 
 

Grenalight high insulation board is produced of expanded vermiculite and a special inorganic binder in a super low density of 350 kg/m3, which assure high resistance to thermal shock and high insulation properties. Grenalight is completely free of asbestos, mineral fibers and glass fibers and they are sufficiently strong and mechanically stable. The properties of Grenalight boards do not change, they do not deteriorate with aging not even when exposed to high temperatures. They never release fumes due to the high temperatures or during firing.

Reaction on fire as per EN 13501.1, DIN 4102 = A1, non - combustible

They feature sufficient rigidity and mechanical stability, high temperature and high electrical resistance and low heat conductivity.
They are used as external insulation paneling around the heat sources, where they are not exposed to direct fire, but only serve as thermal insulation. E.g. insulation of walls behind the stoves and fireplaces, insulation behind firebrick lining or Grenamat AS boards paneling.

A non-combustible board made from the expanded vermiculite and inorganic binder. It contains no mineral or glass fibres or asbestos. It is both ecological and resistant to temperatures up to 1200°C. The boards feature good sound-absorbing and thermal insulating properties.
Reaction on fire as per EN 13501, DIN 4102 je A1.

Another advantage of the vermiculite boards is that they are easy to work using the normal wood-working tools. Various surface finishes can also be applied to the surface easily. Grenamat A non-combustible board is used to protect  marine constructions against fire and to build the ship partitions, walls, ceilings, interior components and the furniture.

Klebepaste »

 
 

Universal glue for higher temperatures up to 1200°C. Grena Klebepaste is inorganic glue which does not release any gases or flammable materials at high temperatures. The glue is water soluble

 


Vermiculite

 

Vermiculite »

 
 

Vermiculite is a multi-purpose mineral. It is clear and odourless and fungus resistant. It can be used in many applications - most of them require exfoliated vermiculite. After going through exfoliation it is sterile due to a high temperature which is present during the production. It is used for building products such as insulation, profiles and blocks cemented with silicate, in industry, gardening, agriculture, etc.
